AMVC Veterinary Services recently hosted the advanced animal science students from Audubon High School and IKM-Manning High School to learn about animal reproduction at the AMVC Audubon Vet Clinic. AMVC veterinarians and staff led four different learning stations for the students to rotate through the clinic. The students gained some hands on experience at the clinic while learning from the local experts.
Dr. John Greving, D.V.M., helped with out of classroom experience and enjoyed sharing his passion with the next generation, "One of the best parts of my job is being able to help educate our youth about livestock production and the world of veterinary medicine.”
AMVC is proud to support local students by being an educational resource. AMVC has two mixed animal veterinary practices with locations in Audubon and Manning.
