The Audubon/Manning Vet Clinic will show off their brand new facility at an open house scheduled for Friday morning at 11:00a.m.
A ribbon cutting will take place followed by tours of the new building at 1797 190th Street in Audubon. Jodie Pettit is a part owner and veterinarian with AMVC.
“It is a state of the art huge building. It will be about 30% larger than our current facility, but realize that our current facility we share with a nutrition division of our business as well. So we‘ll be moving into a larger footprint and we‘ll be filling it more completely than what we have now.”
The new building is over 17,000 square foot. It’s been under construction for over a year and the staff is excited to put the structure on display.
“We would just really like to welcome the community and show them what we have to offer as far as services with AMVC. We are very proud of our staff and very proud of our new facility so we’d sure like to show it off.”
Pettit says they’ve been looking into moving for several years and the right opportunity finally presented itself. Light snacks and coffee will be served. A ribbon cutting will be held at 11:00 with tours going until 3:00.
