AMVC Nutritional Services celebrated a ribbon cutting and grand opening on Thursday, October 29. The new building is just north of the veterinary clinic and sits along Hwy 71 in Audubon. Community members gathered at the new facility to see the new space and enjoy a lunch.
In 1992, AMVC Nutritional Services began and was housed to the east of the old Audubon Veterinary Clinic with an addition to that building. Today, Nutritional Services coordinates 50 semi loads of feed each day and provides support for multiple sow farms and 62 contract growers. The feed is supplied by utilizing 13 toll feed mills and five farm feed mills.
