ORGANIZATION DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT

AMVC offers organization design and development planning to all of our managed farms to help assess each farm’s team structure, work flow and employee development. Once needs are identified, we provide employee training, leadership development and work with the teams to establish a high performance work flow. Through continuous improvement projects and team/farm design sessions, we push our crews to always be thinking of ways to improve performance.
