AMVC Management Services POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Assistant Manager- Bottineau, North Dakota; Langdon, North Dakota Assistant Managers will be responsible for daily scheduling of employees and task completion within their assigned department, as well as managing department flow and maintaining proper care for all animals under their care. Assistant Managers will also be responsible for assisting in employee training, facilitating communication throughout the entire team regarding production performance, conducting employee evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed, maintaining positive morale on site and ongoing monitoring and evaluation of production performance. Brayton, Iowa; Harlan, Iowa; Creston, Iowa; Langdon, North Dakota; Holly Colorado Job includes caring for sows and piglets, achieving production goals and completion of daily tasks on a farrow to wean sow farm in both breeding and farrowing departments. Communcation, teamwork and task coordination are required to ensure maximum productivity. Candidates must work well in both team and individual work settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to new situations with relative ease is essential. Desire candidates who are looking to help feed the world and make a career in swine production.
