AMVC EMPLOYEES

A great company needs great employees, and we pride ourselves on hiring smart, hard-working, ambitious people. Our philosophy is that employee attitude drives the success of the company. We asked some of our stand-out employees why they chose AMVC and what makes them continue to work with us. Here are their answers, along with a little information to help you get to know them better:

Dr. Michelle Sprague joined AMVC Management Services in May of 2005 as the Director of Health for Sow Production. Michelle chose AMVC because we’re a progressive company with a great business sense and we take care of our employees. She says that every time she came into our office during the interview process she was greeted with a friendly smile and thought this was a great indication that AMVC employees were nice and created a fun, relaxed working environment. Her favorite part of the job is the interaction with people in the office and barns and working to maximize health and production throughout the system. Michelle graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Animal Science in 2001 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.
